PURCHASE POLICY

BOOKING YOUR TRIP

A deposit of $1500 per person is required to secure a booking. Final payments must be made 90 days prior to departure.

PAYMENT & CANCELATION TERMS

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Final payment is due at least 90 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 90 days of departure, full payment is due at the time of booking. There will be a fee of $250 per person for any cancellation made up to 120 days prior to departure. There will be a fee of 50% of total land package cost for cancellations made less than 120 days and up to 90 days prior to departure. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 90 days prior to departure.

We recommend that you purchase insurance against cancellations for both land and air costs to cover you for cancellations caused by illness, injury or death to you or a family member. We reserve the right to cancel a trip for any reason, in which case we will provide a full refund of the land cost. We will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by you in preparing for the trip including any non-refundable airline tickets. Baggage and personal effects are the sole responsibility of the owners at all times.

By sending us a deposit for a trip you certify that you and anyone traveling with you do not have any physical condition or disability that would create a hazard for you and your travel companion or other travelers. If you have any medical or psychological conditions, or disabilities that may impact your participation in the trip, it is very important you let us know well before departure so that we can make necessary accommodations. TWS reserves the right to decline accepting or retaining any traveler whose health or actions impede the operation of a trip or the welfare or enjoyment of fellow travelers. Under these circumstances no refunds will be given. TWS recommends consulting your physician with regards to medical questions prior to travel.

REFUNDS

TWS does not provide refunds for unused airfare, hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing trips, tickets to concerts or sporting activities or events. Land cost is quoted as a package; credits are not given for services not used. Unless noted in writing, all purchases are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds, no exchanges, no resale, not redeemable for cash. A valid passport is required to travel outside the United States of America. Please make sure that your passport is valid for the duration of your stay in country you are traveling to and that you have any other necessary travel documentation including but not limited to visas, COVID-19 vaccination certificate/COVID-19 tests, as no refunds or exchanges will be available if you are unable to travel for any reason. There are no refunds or exchanges for illnesses, or any other unexpected emergencies affecting your attendance at the event.

COVID-19: EVENT PROTOCOLS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK

It is a requirement that anyone entering any stadiums or venues at travel destinations must agree to comply with the relevant conditions of entry, including relevant COVID protocols. Local governments may amend these COVID protocols from time to time if such changes are reasonably necessary to address health and safety issues or to protect those participating in, or attending, the tournaments. Refunds will not be provided in the event you are denied access for failure to follow such protocols. Additionally, the purchaser and guests should refrain from attending the event if they believe they have come into contact with COVID-19, feel unwell or are showing any symptoms of COVID-19.

EVENT ALTERATION, POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION

TWS shall not be in breach of the contract by virtue of the cancellation, postponement or abandonment of the events. If an event is postponed and rescheduled for an alternative date, TWS may, at its sole discretion, either:

(A) transfer the customer’s booking request to the rescheduled event, in which case this contract (and the Parties’ obligations under it) shall be unaffected and, to the extent necessary to give effect to the terms of the contract, the booking request shall be read as referring to the rescheduled event; or

(B) terminate the contract with immediate effect by giving written notice to the customer and the customer shall receive a refund which shall be limited to the amount received by TWS from the Supplier less any booking/and or handling fees.

(C) If the event is cancelled (and not rescheduled), and the supplier enables and authorizes refunds to TWS, the customer will receive a corresponding refund which shall be limited to the amount received by TWS from the supplier less any booking and/or handling fees.

LEGAL LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:
TWS contracts with other independent contractors for travel services, guides or transportation services. TWS assumes no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to a person or property in connection with all services provided by other contractors or resulting from acts of god, detention, annoyance, terrorism, thefts, force majeure, civil disturbances, government restrictions and regulations, strikes, delays , discrepancies or change in transit or hotel services over which we have no control. In addition, there are many risks and uncertainties inherent in any travel tour, including but not limited to the hazards of various modes of transportation, or forces of nature. TWS shall not be held liable for personal injury, death property damage or loss suffered by a tour participant in connection with the tour, whether due to the negligence of tour staff or others. By advancing a deposit, the depositor, on behalf of himself or herself, and their dependents agrees to be bound to the above terms and conditions.

AUSTRALIAN OPEN TICKETS

Tickets can not be exchanged and are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
